Product
Our products are made by hand by small, family-owned manufacturers and skilled artisans in Portugal and Sri Lanka.
All of our pieces are dishwasher safe but we don’t recommend using them in the microwave. We suggest using a coaster with our Musango Mug as the base can occasionally create light condensation.
Not exactly and that’s part of the charm. Every Musango piece is shaped and painted by real hands so lines will wobble and stripes will vary slightly from piece to piece. We believe these subtle imperfections are what make our ceramics genuinely unique and special.
We put a huge amount of care into our photography so we ask that you don’t use our images without getting in touch with us first. If you’re sharing photos of Musango on social media we’d love for you to tag us @musango_ideas
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our orders from regional warehouses in the UK, EU and US, meaning no additional import duties or taxes will be charged.
UK delivery:
All UK orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service. Delivery costs are based on order weight:
Up to 2kg: £5
2–5kg: £8.50
5–10kg: £12.50
Next Day delivery (UK):
Available for £12.50 on all UK orders placed before 12:30pm.
EU & US delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched from our regional warehouses.
Tracked 48-hour delivery typically arrives within two working days after dispatch. Next Day delivery arrives the following working day when ordered before 12.30pm.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcel deliveries. For larger orders or if you’ve selected Next Working Day delivery, we ship with DPD Local.
Yes! We’ve perfected the art of shipping heavy, fragile ceramics using recyclable packaging and recycled materials only.
Orders & Payment
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–3 working days.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note American Express is not accepted.
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@musango.net. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Some of our pieces sell out from time to time. If something you’re hoping for is currently out of stock, you can leave your details on the product page and we’ll send you an email to let you know when it’s back and you can shop.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you love your purchase, if something isn’t quite right you’re welcome to return or exchange it. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Email us at hello@musango.net within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return and exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
We take great care when packing every order but on the rare occasion something arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Email us at hello@musango.net with a photo attached and we’ll do our best to put things right as quickly as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and what you’d prefer.
Once we’ve received your return, refunds are usually processed within 1-3 working days.
