We ship our orders from regional warehouses in the UK, EU and US, meaning no additional import duties or taxes will be charged.
 
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour service. Delivery costs are based on order weight:
Up to 2kg: £5
2–5kg: £8.50
5–10kg: £12.50
 
Next Day delivery (UK)
Available for £12.50 on all UK orders placed before 12:30pm.
 
EU & US delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched from our regional warehouses.

Returns

While we hope you adore your purchase, we understand that sometimes things might not be quite what you were after. In such cases, please reach out to us at retail@musango.net for assistance, and we’ll respond within 48 hours.

Rest assured, all orders are meticulously packaged. However, if any damage occurs during transit, kindly inform us within 48 hours by emailing us and attaching a photograph. We will promptly offer a refund or replacement.

Should you wish to exchange an item for any reason, feel free to do so. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return delivery cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
