For Musango stockists, we offer 30-day terms. However, please note that all first orders are pro forma, and dispatch will occur only upon receipt of payment.

Lead Times?

If the items are in stock on our website our commitment is to dispatch UK orders swiftly, typically within 1-3 working days from the order placement. We exclusively utilize DPD Local for shipping, ensuring a reliable next-day service. To optimize your experience, we kindly request your email and mobile number for seamless order tracking post-dispatch.

Damage or shortages on your order?

While we take utmost care in packaging, should there be any damages, we ask that you report them within 48 hours of delivery. Please reach out via email, attaching a photograph of the damaged item for prompt resolution. Your proactive communication enables us to address the issue promptly and effectively.

Do you have hi res images?

Yes we do. We have a huge library of images of our products which as stockists you are welcome to use, that includes simple white plain backgrounds or lifestyle shots that can also be found on our instagram @musango_ideas. Also when you place an order online, your order confirmation will automatically include high-resolution images of the products you’ve selected. This feature aims to enhance your overall experience and assist you in showcasing our products seamlessly.
